I am fluent in design thinking methodology, user centered innovation processes, service design and interaction design. Used to applying these methods in a flexible approach for different business goals and within small and big budgets.
As an experienced design and account manager manager I led interdisciplinary teams up to 15 people on several simultaneous projects ranging from design guidelines formulation, to user research to interaction design, prototyping and design specifications. I was responsible for project scoping, planning and budgeting as well as design directing delivering consistent quality across products and channels. I am familiar with all digital touchpoints from web-based systems, to native applications on iOS and Android to embedded systems.
